Refund Policy

All purchases from L Design DZ are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled by Paddle under Paddle's Refund Policy and Checkout Buyer Terms.

14-day refund period

You can request a refund within 14 days of the date of your purchase. This applies to all our digital products.

How to request a refund

• Visit paddle.net and use the email address from your purchase receipt, or
• Email us at lmer64375@gmail.com with your order number, and we will help you submit the request.

After a refund

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method where possible. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Once a refund is issued, your license to use the refunded product ends and you must stop using the files.

Problems with a file

If a file is corrupted, incorrect or defective, contact us first at lmer64375@gmail.com and we will fix it or send a replacement quickly.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
